With the orangeries we build, we understand how important it is for customers to have an extension on their home that fits with the current aesthetic of their home. In many cases, this will mean our team going to local brick merchants to find the correct brick that matches up with a customers property to ensure the new build suits the customers home. For this project however, we had to do something different.
The customer came to us explaining that they had a stone house and wanted to have an orangery built that would provide more living space, but the exterior would need to match that of the customers home. The orangery itself was built to measure 3.3 metres by 3.3 metres and have two 3 pane Origin bi fold doors joined by a corner post and 2 Origin fixed windows separated by a wall. In order for us to match up the stones for this build, we had to bring take pictures of the stones used for the customers home and then take them over to a stone merchant we work alongside to identify the correct bricks for the property.
As you can see from the images, our team did a fantastic job to ensure that this customers new orangery was a perfect addition to their home, and didn’t look out of place when finished.
