A Returning Customers Extra Purchase in Leicester

As mentioned in previous Case studies, some customers will come back to us to see what else we have on offer to them. This was the case from a customer from leicester who had previously had an Orangery from us (see Orangery at Night in Leicester case study).

After being impressed with the service that we provided them with on their Orangery, they came down to our showroom to see what else we were able to provide them with. After looking at the Windows and Doors that we have on show and deciding they weren’t for them, a member of our team suggested the customers to have a look at the Pod that we have located at the side of our showroom. After having a look the customers were surprised about how comfy and spacious it was and asked for a bit more information about it and they soon made their mind up that they had to purchase one.

After a quick installation, the customers were happier than ever as while their orangery can serve as a place for the family to relax all year round, the Pod can serve as a nice chill zone for the hot spring and summer days.
